A pleasant, engaging, and in some ways unexpected day: this is how we can sum up the team-building experience enjoyed yesterday by the Italia Yachts team—an initiative designed to strengthen team spirit and share genuine moments outside the workplace.
The day took place in the beautiful setting of Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo in Urbino, a natural oasis spanning over 400 hectares. Surrounded by greenery, we kicked off the activities with a team-based orienteering challenge. A dynamic and stimulating experience that put collaboration, intuition, and teamwork to the test, allowing everyone to explore the area in an active and enjoyable way.
The second part of the day was dedicated to taste and tradition: a cooking class where we tried our hand at preparing tagliatelle with ragù. A convivial moment that ended on a high note, sharing the dish we had prepared together and enjoying a rich and inviting lunch, all in the spirit of simplicity and good food.
To conclude the day, we enjoyed a guided tour of the estate’s winery and vineyards—an opportunity to discover the connection between the land, nature, and production, and to wrap up the experience in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
A day that successfully combined activities, togetherness, and discovery, strengthening team bonds and leaving everyone with a positive memory to take with them.
