Throughout much of the competition, Rima and Christopher Dragon dominated Class B, holding the top two spots for most of the series. Rima IY 11.98 displayed impressive consistency, finishing among the leaders in the first seven races. However, in the eighth race, Rima was hindered by a competitor who employed a tight defensive strategy to secure their own victory. Despite this challenge, Rima’s performance remained exceptional, and the entire team deserves praise for their dedication and determination. “It was an exciting battle up until the final race. I am incredibly proud of my crew and our IY 11.98, which continues to deliver great satisfaction. I look forward to competing against other IY 11.98s sailing in the Mediterranean, a region we watch with great interest,” said Brim shortly after the awards ceremony.
